Payments

A view of all payments made with Yango Pay Later is available on the Payments page. You can see every order, filter and search through them, and open any order for details.

The page lists all the orders with their Order ID, date, amount in PKR, status.

Use the tabs to switch between All payments, Paid, Refunds, and Errors, and apply filters by date or status. You can also download the full list as a CSV or XLSX file.

Order details

Open any order to view its full details: total amount and status, payment method, payment purpose, and the transaction history. From a paid order you can also start a refund using the Apply for refund button.

Full refund

To return the entire order amount, select the product, keep the full quantity and amount, and choose Apply for full refund. The refund is processed through Yango Pay Later.

Partial refund

To return only part of an order, adjust the quantity or enter the amount you want to refund. The total updates automatically, and you confirm with Apply for partial refund. The refund is processed through Yango Pay Later.
