Can I control which products appear in the Yango Shop?

By default, all published products sync. The ability to exclude specific products or collections is on the roadmap.

A customer placed an order through Yango, where do I see it?

Yango Pay Later

How does it work?

Pay later applies to orders placed on the Partners' online stores or in Yango Shop. Simply select this payment option at checkout and complete the Pay later activation process.

How does the customer make repayments?

All repayments are completed online in the Yango app. The customer can use a mobile wallet (Easypaisa or JazzCash) or a bank card. The due amount and payment date will be clearly shown before the customer confirms the payment.

Moreover, the customer can pay earlier than its due date in case they want to.

What happens if the customer returns a product?

If the merchant approves the customer's return, the customer's payment plan will be updated, and any applicable payments will be refunded.

Can the customer's eligibility or available amount change over time?

Yes. The customer's eligibility and limit are reviewed regularly and may change based on multiple factors that evolve over time. This process is automated and cannot be manually adjusted. The customer may also become eligible again after a previous decline.

Is there any interest?

No interest is charged.

Pay later is designed to be transparent. In some cases, a service fee may apply depending on the customer's order — but the customer will always see the full amount before they confirm. No hidden charges, no surprises.

Who can use Yango Pay later?

Anyone 18 years or older with a valid CNIC and mobile number in Pakistan.

How long does approval take?

Approval usually takes just a few minutes.

In some cases, it may take longer depending on verification checks. Please follow the instructions carefully and upload clear, well-lit photos to help us complete the customer's verification as quickly and smoothly as possible.

What is the maximum amount the customer can spend?

The customer's available amount is shown in the Yango Pay later profile.

The amount may change over time depending on various factors, including the customer's usage and repayment history.

Where can the customer see their repayment schedule?

The customer can view their full repayment schedule, upcoming payments, and due dates in the Yango app.

Install Yango app to conveniently manage and track payments.

Can the customer pay early?

Yes, the customer can pay any repayment earlier than its due date.

What repayment plans are available?

At the moment, the customer's purchase is divided into 4 payments made every two weeks.

More plans will be available soon.

Does the customer need a credit card?

A credit card may be used, but it is not required. Payments are made online through the Yango app, so the customer will need an active digital payment method, such as a mobile wallet (Easypaisa or JazzCash) or a bank card.

In what cases is the first payment higher than the others?

If the total purchase amount is higher than the customer's available amount, the extra amount must be paid upfront as part of the first payment. The remaining amount within the limit is then divided into equal repayments.

What happens if the customer misses a payment?

If a payment is missed, the customer may be charged a late fee and their account and available amount may be temporarily restricted until the overdue amount is paid.

Continued non-payment may affect the customer's eligibility for future purchases.

Is the customer's personal information safe?

Yes. We use secure systems and encryption to protect the customer's personal information. The customer's data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection and security standards.
