Analytics
Overview
Within your Yango Pay Business personal account, you can monitor consolidated sales statistics for your legal entity or store. The platform displays this data as charts showing changes in critical sales metrics, sourced from payment data.
Analytics section provides comprehensive statistics covering weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly timeframes.
Warning
The Analytics section are only available to users holding Owner or Admin roles.
Complete statistics on sales
The Analytics section presents summary statistics through charts displaying:
- Revenue
- Average order value
- Orders
Above the charts, totals appear for the selected period, with comparative changes from the previous period shown to the right.
Note
If a store has no sales yet, the chart is not displayed.
Revenue
This chart illustrates total payment amounts with "Paid" status, excluding refunds. Refunded payments are factored in at their original amounts.
Average order value
This chart demonstrates average order value changes throughout the selected period, calculated as the ratio of paid payments to total orders.
Orders
This chart shows changes in the number of paid orders during the selected period.
Available periods
View data across multiple timeframes:
- Week: Previous 7 days
- Month: Previous 30 days
- Quarter: Previous calendar quarter
- Year: Previous 365 days
- Custom period: User-defined date range
Switch periods by selecting from the upper-left corner, or set custom dates using the calendar beside the Year toggle.
Configure chart breakdown by selecting day, week, quarter, or month options in the upper-right corner.
